Caring your hair is very important in today’s time because there is nothing natural around us, there are chemical made eating foods available in the street stall or in shops packaged foods. There is polluted air, which destroys our hair and health. Here are some simple but important tips to take care your precious hair. This is a daily Hair care routine. You must follow:

1. Shampoo and Condition: Use a mild shampoo and conditioner suitable for your hair type. Use shampoo and conditioner 2 times a week. Always use sulfate free shampoo and conditioner for long term growth of your hair.

2.Temperature Matters: Wash with lukewarm water, as hot water can strip natural oils.

3.Gentle Towel Drying: Pat your hair dry with a towel; avoid vigorous rubbing to prevent breakage.

4.Comb Carefully: Use a wide-toothed comb to detangle wet hair, and comb must be a wooden comb for your hair not plastic one, starting from the ends and working your way up.

5.Protect from Heat: Minimize heat styling, Hot blow dryer or pressing should not be use after every bath but use only when necessary, also use a heat protector spray for any hot machine is used.

6.Trim Regularly: Get regular haircuts maximum within 3 months to prevent split ends and maintain a healthy appearance.

7.Choose Silk or Satin: Sleep on a silk or satin pillowcase to reduce friction and prevent frizz.

8.Balanced Diet: Ensure a nutrient-rich diet for overall hair health.

9.Hydration is Key: Stay hydrated; it reflects on your hair’s moisture levels. You must drink 2-3 letter of water keep your hair nourished and healthy.

10.Oil Massage: Use hair oil once a week for the maximum hydration. Using hair oil can nourish your hair because oil is packed with vitamins and fatty acids that strengthens your hair. Gently massage your hair from roots to tips of your hair. 

11. Weekly Treatments: Consider a weekly deep conditioning treatment to nourish your hair.
